To all snooker representatives and players

A general meeting will be held at St Georges Basin Country Club on
Thursday 2 March 2023 at 7pm.
All clubs are to have a list of their teams with them to be submitted to the match secretary.
It is imperative that Delegates from all clubs attend this meeting. It is your Snooker Association and we want to encourage all to be active members.
There will be beers and wine and food available from the bar and bistro at your own expense.

Points of discussion as follows

1. On Going Meetings
When, where, time and how often we will be conducting them.
Also how these meetings will be conducted in the future.
2. Costs
Fees per person or per team and how much
Possibility of an all comps discounted fee

3. Competition Start Date
Also dates when breaks will be

4. Committee Members
Open to all members who would like to contribute
