New season about to start

For the new season, with the combination of Division 2 and 3, some guidelines as to how to adjust handicaps are as follows:

When playing against same division then calculate start as previous season.
ie Player 1: 56 handicap, player 2:46 handicap.. 56-46 = 10/2=5., Player with 46 handicap gets 5 start.

If a Division 2 player is playing against a Division 3, then a 15 start is to be given to the lower division player.

Some players in Division 1 have been given a handicap. This is to ensure a more even playing field, ie division 2 player playing in Division 1 etc.

Handicaps will be monitored and changes applied if required.
